It takes less than 5 minutes to get started to begin simulating. You'll be prompted to enter your symbols (either stocks or crypto) and a fictitious cash amount to simulate with. The trader then automatically begins simulating with real-time market data using the pre-set default strategy.

After that you never have to touch the settings again until you decide to go into “Live Trade" mode. Even then, it typically only takes another 3-5 minutes to connect your exchange and go live.
